SIGN & SYMPTOMS OF HYPERTENSION:
As before knowing that someone having hypertension, they do not show any sign and symptoms but here are some typical sign and symptoms which a hypertensive person may or may not show. These are as follows:
·         On physical examination there is elevated BP level of more than 140/90 mm hg for two consecutive readings.
·         Occasionally, retinal (eyes) changes that are haemorrhages, redness, exudates.
·         Pathological changes in kidneys (increased level of creatinine in blood)
·         Alteration in vision & speech
·         Dizziness
·         Weakness, sudden fall

TREATMENT OF HYPERTENSION
When the BP is uncontrollable by changing the life style then "Adjuvant therapy" that is pharmacological therapy is started. Main classes are:
·         Diuretics
·         Beta-blockers
·         Vasodilators
·         Calcium channel blockers
·         Angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor

Today in this article of Medical Health education we are going to discuss the major the problem in the world at this time known as Diabetes. Obesity and insulin resistance are two of the most common factors that lead to infertility, basically in women's case. 

We are seeing more patients diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) affects about 25 percent of the population. In most instances, simple lifestyle changes like weight loss through exercise and a low-calorie but nutritious diet can help reverse the effects of infertility.

COMMON PROBLEMS IN DIABETIC WOMEN
One study found 42 per cent of women with type 2 diabetes experienced reproductive dysfunction. The problems may include:

The Decreases in vaginal lubrication, resulting in vaginal dryness.
Uncomfortable or painful sexual intercourse Problems.
Less desire for sexual activity.
During Sexual intercourse decreased or absence of sexual response.

Treatment
The pregnant Women, need to control their blood sugar. That means you need to watch your insulin, HgbA1c and hemoglobin levels, as well as your weight on a weekly bases. Take a proper diet, exercising properly and ensuring adequate nutrition will improve your chances of conception.

A good control and proper management of the disease and supervision of the gynecologist is necessary.

For both men and women with diabetes, the first step in treating reproductive dysfunction is to control their blood glucose levels. When your diabetes is in control of you, there is a decreased risk for many complications, including sex-related problems. 

There are other treatments for sexual dysfunction that may be used to treat people with diabetes under strict medical supervision. For women with vaginal dryness, a water-soluble lubricant (such as Astro-Glide or K-Y Jelly) maybe helpful. Excessive use of vitamins, calcium and other micronutrients to treat diabetes-related complications can be counter-productive. Home remedies or quack remedies may do more harm than good to fulfil your desire to bear a child.
